UPS Capital Corporation, its subsidiaries, UPS Capital Versicherungsvermittlung GmbH, its branches, UPS Capital Insurance Agency Limited, and UPSC (Thailand) Ltd. (each, a “UPS Capital Company” and collectively, the “UPS Capital Companies”) are affiliates of UPS.
